When you deposit or withdraw, we collect payment details — your e-wallet account information and transaction amounts. We do not store your payment card data directly; instead, our payment processor (your e-wallet provider) handles card credentials. We retain transaction records in your maincuy Transactions tab for 24 months to support account recovery and dispute resolution.
How we use your data on maincuy
We use your email and phone to send account notifications — login alerts, deposit confirmations, tournament results, and withdrawal status updates. You can manage notification preferences in your account Settings tab on maincuy.
We use your verified identity to prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with local regulations. If suspicious activity occurs on your maincuy account, we may request additional verification before processing withdrawals.

Third-party processors and data location
Our servers hosting maincuy may be located outside Indonesia. When you use maincuy, your data may be stored, processed, or transmitted across borders. We engage third-party service providers for specific functions:
- Payment processors: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet providers process your deposits and withdrawals. We share only the information necessary — your phone number or e-wallet identifier and transaction amount.
- Email service provider: We use a third-party platform to send notifications from maincuy. Your email address is shared only for this purpose.
- Identity verification: Our automated KYC system checks documents against reference databases to detect fraud and forgery.
All third-party processors are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services we specify.

Your rights and data requests on maincuy
