App vs. browser: what each offers
We've built maincuy so both paths work seamlessly. The Android APK app installs on your phone and uses your device's storage to cache game assets, which means faster startup times and smoother animations when your connection is slower. Push notifications alert you to live football updates, new tournament schedules, and withdrawal confirmations without you checking manually.
The iOS and web-based version runs entirely in your browser and requires no installation. This method is ideal if you have storage limits or prefer not to grant app permissions. Both paths connect to the same account: deposit via online payment, check your balance, play Mahjong Ways or live baccarat, and withdraw to e-wallet or mobile banking—all synced across devices.
Device compatibility on maincuy
We support Android 7.0 and later on phones with at least 150 MB of free storage for the APK. On iOS, Safari runs maincuy on iPhone or iPad with iOS 12 or later. Android tablets also work and offer a wider screen for viewing live football from Liga 1 and Piala AFF fixtures side-by-side with your account balance. If you're unsure about your device version, check your Settings app (Android: About Phone → Android version; iOS: Settings → General → About → iOS).
Troubleshooting common install issues
Android users sometimes see a warning that "Unknown sources" are disabled. To proceed, go to Settings → Apps & notifications → Special app access → Install unknown apps, find your browser, and toggle the permission. This doesn't affect your device security; it simply allows you to install the maincuy APK directly rather than through a store. After installation, you can turn it back off.
iOS users may see a browser prompt asking to trust the maincuy certificate the first time you access certain features. This is normal and happens because our app uses a secure connection. Tap "Allow" and proceed. If your download stalls, try clearing your browser cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and download again. Our support team is available during business hours if you encounter persistent errors; live chat typically responds within subject to verification.
Permissions and account security on maincuy
When you install our Android app, we request permission to access your camera (for identity verification uploads), microphone (for live-chat support), and storage (to cache games and your account state). These permissions are used only for their stated purposes and never shared with third parties. You can review and revoke any permission in your phone's Settings at any time.
Your login credentials—email and password—are encrypted in transit and at rest on our servers. We do not store payment card numbers; instead, we use tokenized links to local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment, which handle sensitive data directly. When you request a withdrawal, we verify your identity against the documents you uploaded during registration. If we flag a transaction for review, we'll notify you via the app and email; such holds typically clear within one business day once verification is complete.
